Build a career among people you trust and respect.
All of our consultants have been highly successful in other firms. As well as being talented, hardworking and the best at what they do, our people are collaborative and enthusiastic. And that’s down to the inclusive culture and community we have built here from day one. This is the place to be if you want to continue developing your consulting career surrounded by people who will champion your growth, share their expertise and celebrate your success.
There are only two levels at Berkeley Partnership: consultants and partners. This flat structure, along with the lack of sales and utilization targets, removes all competition and is the foundation of our inclusive culture. Here, it’s easy to connect with your colleagues and build a sense of belonging. Our collegial environment means that knowledge and responsibility are shared equally. We believe in transparency, respect and trust. We welcome fresh thinking, diversity of background and perspective. We have autonomy over our own projects and take a healthy, flexible approach to work. All of which empowers us to do our best work and pursue our personal and professional ambitions with the energy they deserve.

Here at Berkeley, every project brings a fresh set of challenges, and the variety keeps things exciting.
We believe that while consulting work can be demanding, life as a consultant should be fun and enjoyable. We invest lots of time and energy into creating a meaningful and varied social scene. You can join in with events as much or as little as you want, but there’s always plenty to choose from: from book clubs to baseball, wine tasting to weekends away, there’s so much to get involved with. We also have lots of work-related get-togethers, to keep everybody connected, informed and able to have their say on all things Berkeley.
Both our London and New York offices are officially Great Places to Work, having achieved certification for 2025-26. Our people made this possible by sharing their views in the survey. In fact, 100% of our people said they were made to feel welcome when they joined.
