We're looking for great consultants. We don’t recruit for functional expertise or industry specialism, but for core consulting skills and adaptability. You’ll be expected to work outside of your comfort zone, applying your intellect and your analytical and consulting skills to new business problems and business sectors. You'll be supported along the way by partners and fellow consultants to deliver great results for the client.
What’s vital is your proven ability to manage projects independently and integrate effectively with clients at all levels, building lasting relationships. Berkeley consultants have confidence based on their experience and social skills, enabling them to adapt quickly to new situations and to gain the respect of their colleagues and clients.
We do things differently. This suits our people down to the ground, but we know it’s not for everyone. Our reputation is built on the quality of our people. That’s why we put so much effort into recruitment. Over three interviews, you’ll meet four partners, and if we make you an offer, you’ll get the chance to meet some of our consultants. Our interview process is robust and should stretch you, but this is a two way process so there is plenty of opportunity for you to build rapport with the partners (we're all very friendly). Ultimately, we want to help you understand Berkeley so you can make the right choice for you.
