Berkeley is Great Place to Work-certified for 2023

Great Place to Work has recognised The Berkeley Partnership in the US following positive survey sentiment from the firm’s employees.

The Berkeley Partnership has gained Great Place to Work certification in the US.

The accolade required a survey of all Berkeley’s US employees through Great Place to Work’s Trust Index. Among the key findings, the survey reported that 100% of Berkeley’s US employees said they felt welcomed when they joined the firm.

Ben Wildman, partner lead for US recruitment at The Berkeley Partnership, said, “For over 30 years, we’ve been redefining how consulting should be, both for our clients and our people. I’m delighted that we’ve been recognised for our values and strong culture of belonging. Joining our firm in New York means becoming part of a tight-knit, supportive community that enables people to pursue personal and professional ambitions to the full.

We remain committed to recruitment in New York and look forward to welcoming talented individuals who will make the most of our unique culture and challenging, legacy-defining client work. Our aim is to continue ensuring Berkeley is the go-to firm for rewarding, long-term consulting careers.”

The Berkeley Partnership also recently achieved corresponding Great Place to Work certification in the UK for 2023. The UK version of the Great Place to Work Trust Index survey reported that over 90% of employees agreed that “Berkeley is a great place to work.”

This resulted in Berkeley placing 24th out of 100 medium-sized firms in the 2023 UK’s Best Workplaces list. The firm was the highest-rated management consultancy in its category.
