Great Place to Work names Berkeley as best mid-sized consultancy in the UK
For the second year in a row, the Berkeley Partnership is the top management consulting firm in its category.
Berkeley has joined the top 10 medium-sized firms in the 2024 UK’s Best Workplaces list, according to Great Place to Work.
The firm has climbed 14 places in the rankings compared with 2023, when it placed 24th out of 100 firms.

Berkeley has held Great Place to Work certification in the UK since 2022, which requires a survey of all the firm’s UK employees through Great Place to Work’s Trust Index. The 2023 survey found that 100% of Berkeley’s employees look forward to coming to work.
