1What do you like most about Berkeley?

From my very first interaction with Berkeley, I have felt a strong sense of community and culture that really comes to life through the thoughtful and inclusive onboarding process and the regular touch points and opportunities to interact with and get to know colleagues on a personal and professional level. Berkeley people are smart, thoughtful, collaborative and fun and I like the strong team ethos that permeates everything we do. I feel very lucky to have found Berkeley.

2What’s the most important thing you learned at Berkeley?

I’ve learned that you don’t have to do it all yourself – Berkeley fosters a highly collaborative and supportive work environment and asking for help and support and talking problems through is seen as a strength and actively encouraged to achieve the best outcomes for our clients, both internal and external.

3Why did you become a People professional?

It sounds like a cliché, but people really are an organization's greatest asset. People professionals are uniquely placed to drive positive change in the world of work by supporting a business' vision and goals through great people interventions, so people can thrive both individually and collectively. For me, organizations and people are fascinating, and no two days are the same in my job - I love what I do!
